Vizions global music community is a comprehensive site dedicated to providing the "world's foremost music and entertainment" through online music distribution and promotion, social and business networking and statistical analyses. We connect artists, fans, consumers, regions, labels, clubs and venues from across the world in hopes of influencing each other musically and socially. Each user has the ability to create a personalized (V - Port) web portal, which in essence is their own website within a website. While on www.vizions.com, a Member can view others' profiles, communicate with other Members, meet new people in each sector of the music industry, share photos and music, download music, post journals and comments, communicate via in-house email and Instant Messaging, receive alerts from friends, artists, labels and clubs, and collect data on the activity of their web portal.

Personally Identifiable User Information
All users begin using Vizions' services by registering on the Vizions website www.vizions.com. When registering, users provide personally identifiable information, which includes their first and last name, email address, mailing address,, a user-chosen Member name and password, date of birth (to authenticate users age), location, time zone, security questions and other personal information. During the registration process, users (fans) also complete questions regarding their music tastes and preferences to better understand demographics, music personality types and consumer behavior. If user is becoming a Paying Member, then there will be additional questions related to the user type they are subscribing for. Having the general information about each user allows Vizions to send notifications to those users relating to the www.vizions.com services. To complete the registration process, Vizions sends a validation email message to each user, with a URL link back to our website. This URL contains an alphanumeric identifier and a user-specific numeric pass-code that allows us to confirm the user's identity.
Profile Data and Other Collection Information
Vizions and www.vizions.com also collects other data from the users upon their profile customization process including, but not limited to; personal interests, gender, age, education, occupation, favorite music genres, type of user, music (if artist or record label), videos (artist, record label or club/venue), specialties, promotional materials, photos and graphics for purposes of networking within the Vizions Community and for utilization with the V-Stats - Statistical Analysis.
User-Profile information including Members' pictures and first names, artists' names or companies' names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the Vizions Community. Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new people to join Vizions, to add users to Members' friends'/artists'/labels'/clubs' or venues' networks, to send alert notifications from one user to another by way of alert request from a particular user, and to send any other notifications related to the Services. With the exception of the aforementioned use of a user's email address, no user's email address is shared or displayed to people within a user's personal network. Users within a personal network communicate on www.vizions.com with each other through the www.vizions.com Services, without disclosing their email addresses. Users' full names are never directly revealed to other members. Users are also cautioned by Vizions and www.vizions.com to not post direct contact information in either your profile or your settings, including, but not limited to personal email addresses, other URLs, instant messaging IDs, phone numbers, full names, mailing addresses, passwords, credit card numbers and account information from other websites or personal offline accounts.
To facilitate the search options regarding other users, Vizions and www.vizions.com allows users to search for other Members using our advanced search menu.
Vizions.com users may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing features where they can update/edit their profile and change their account settings.
Vizions and www.vizions.com also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the www.vizions.com site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website Services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to Members. User IP addresses are recorded for security monitoring purposes.
On occasion, Vizions, www.vizions.com, an affiliate and/or partner may sponsor a promotion, event, sweepstake, contest or new feature on www.vizions.com. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.
Invitations
The Invite Friends feature is an easy way for Vizions Members to invite other Members of the community via email. The email addresses you supply will only be used to send invitations to join the Vizions Community. Vizions and www.vizions.com does not sell any email addresses provided by users for purposes of invitations, nor does Vizions use them to send any other communication.
Third Party Links and Third Party Advertisements
Please be aware that links to third party websites and third-party ad server advertisements that are found on www.vizions.com may, or may not, use cookies, pixel tags and web tags. Vizions and www.vizions.com may provide links to third party websites, which may, or may not, use cookies, pixel tags and web tags. Ad servers may also use these tools to compile information about where users saw particular advertisements, and to determine which ads were clicked on. Promotions may be offered at times and Vizions has the sole discretion to determine how such promotions may be administered. If Vizions feels any member of the community is misusing our promotions in any way, Vizions has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove that member from the Vizions Community without notice and warning. Vizions may use information collected from surveys and contests for the entertainment of users, and to determine, notify and contact winners of various contests. In addition, users' demographic and/or personally identifiable information and responses to survey and contest questions may be used by Vizions and/or shared with third parties in order to provide specifically tailored special offers or advertisements. Vizions will not share a user's email address with third parties unless the user specifically opts-in to such sharing during the completion of or registration for a survey or contest.
Posting Public Information
Vizions is making you aware that when a Member of the community voluntarily posts public information on Message Boards, User Comment Boards, Pictures, WebLogs, Blogs, Instant Messaging, Email or any other Public Forum within the community, that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited material. The information a Member posts on any Public Forum is subject to be read and it is therefore that a Member is responsible for any and all information they post.
Membership Cancellation
Any Member of the Vizions Community may cancel their membership at any time by either choosing to delete their account on their profile page.
Sharing and Disclosure of Vizions Collected Information
Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, Vizions will not disclose personally identifiable user information to any third party, unless such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to court orders, warrants, subpoenas or any other legal process. Vizions may also disclose information about its users to law enforcement officers or any other legal entities, if Vizions feels it is appropriate that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Policy" and protect Vizions rights. Vizions may also disclose said information to law enforcement officers or any other legal entities to protect the property, rights and personal safety of Vizions, its members and the general public.
Vizions Security
Vizions uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected by the Vizions website in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. Further, while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee the security of member account information and that security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time.
No Spam Policy
We at Vizions and www.vizions.com are opposed to spam. Our No Spam Policy and Terms of Service prohibit all users from engaging in any activity involving spam on our service. Violations of these policies may result in immediate termination of service and legal action against any spammer. Vizions' Terms of Service expressly prohibit users from uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or other form of commercial solicitation on the Vizions website or through Vizions' services. Any violation of our policies, by sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through www.vizions.com and Vizions computer systems, or any unauthorized use of www.vizions.com and its computer systems, is a violation of our policies and certain federal and state laws. Violators may be prosecuted and be subject to civil or criminal penalties.
Transfer of Ownership
In the event of a change in ownership, or a direct merger or acquisition with another entity, we reserve the right to transfer all of Vizions' user information, including email addresses and postal addresses, to a separate entity.
