Download of the Hour (DOTH)
What is the download of the hour (DOTH)?
The Vizions website automatically generates, at random, a song of the hour that can be downloaded for FREE by any member of the site. The Download of the hour provides artists with an opportunity for increased exposure and an Artist may decide at their own discretion whether their song will be randomly entered into the Download of the hour system.


How do I participate in the DOTH?
When an artist uploads his/her song they will be given the option of whether they want that particular song to be offered as a "FREE" download. If they choose "yes", then it will automatically be included in the DOTH rotation.


How much does it cost to participate in the DOTH?
Participation in the DOTH is free.


If I am an Artist, do I get paid for downloads of the hour?
Artists WILL NOT be paid a royalty fee for any DOTH music that is downloaded. The Download of the Hour is a marketing tool to help gain exposure.


How many songs can I include for the download of the hour?
An Artist is only allowed to offer up to 2 songs for FREE. At any time, the specific song can be changed to another one. However, only two specific songs will be entered into the Download of the Hour rotation.


Can I remove myself from the download of the hour at any time?
Yes, you may remove any song from the DOTH rotation at anytime by no longer offering that song for FREE within your portal.
